MSC Divina Cruise Review by Healthcare Inspector
- Sail Date: January 2018
- Destination: Caribbean
The ship was very crowded and full of rude people pushing and crowding the elevators which were very slow. The food buffet was like watching roller derby at a bad Golden Corral. The service in the dining room was excellent, but the food was well below average quality. It looked like warmed over microwave dinners. No live music in the shows at night, all recorded music! Only one band on the ship that played from 10:45 PM till late. Nothing to do during the daytime but listen to recorded music in Aqua Park. Two shows in Italian only opera style. The lack of hand hygiene and hand washing enforcement was evident by many people sick with respiratory infections. The toilets were not working when we docked in Miami the last day of the cruise. I have been on excellent cruises with another brand for many years, the only reason I went on MSC was to meet friends who already booked.
