1:My daughter had paid for a sail away gift of Champagne with a cheese and fruit platter to be deliver to the room before sailing. when we got on the ship there was a bottle of non alcoholic wine in the room with a card say it was a gift and what it was supposed to be, thee was non glasses or wine bucket. When I spoke to the cabin steward he said that room service didn't start until 6pm and he would chase up the champagne. At 6.15 I had to ring room service and was told that they were getting it ready and would deliver it soon, which turned out to be 7pm. So we did not have the champagne or the platter to have when we were sailing out of Sydney, this was very disappointing as this has never happened before. then we had to chase up for an ice bucker and glasses.

2:Travelled on this ship when it first came to Australia and the following year. Always loved the ship and the quality of everything on the ship.

3:The quality of the service has dropped since the since the ship first came to Australia

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 1C

Cabin 1C

Cabin was always very clean and the steward was very good.

The only disappointment was that we never had any animals on our bed at any time on the cruis
