We have taken several Viking river cruises and were impressed by the quality of the ships and personnel, friendliness of the staff, included and optional tours offered and their dedication to customer service. With tat in mind, we decided to try their ocean cruise. To say that we were impressed with the Viking Sky is and understatement. The ship was gorgeous. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, the public spaces were open nd airy, the spa was phenomenal,, with a huge "hot tub", ice room, sauna and lounges. Even the changing rooms had hot tubs in them.

We happened to be on the "Christening" cruise and it was an experience we will always remember. Viking had a symphony orchestra at the christening port and put on several on-board concerts during the trip, all with free flowing champagne. They know how th throw a party.

Ports of call were all great and included tours were informative and well run. Embarkation and disembarkation were a breeze. The overall experience was outstanding and I we are considering another ocean cruise with Viking in the future.
