Cruised around South America with NCL. The ship was old and numerous things in the room did not work or were broken. Food was very basic quality and there was no variety. Same menu every day.
NCL seem to have a simple policy for dealing with any customer queries.
1. If the answer could be Yes or No then the answer is ALWAYS "No"
Very small cabin. Bed had to be set as a double as there was no room as a twin. Two very small wardrobes that would hold only eight items on coat hangers. No room to store suitcases anywhere. Could not use shower as doors would not close. Bath drain plug leaked when shut. Took four days to partially sort this out. Drain on balcony was bloked so balcony flooded during heavy rain. Hairdrier overheated and smelt of buring plastic. Couth - additional bed in lounge area was broken.
Room was not suitable for more than two guests but claimed to be for up to four.
