Cruising with NCL was not a good experience for my family at all. I have cruised with other companies and I wanted to give NCL a try. I am very disappointment with their service overall. Some of their embarkation crew were very rude and ending up getting in an argument with us, after having us wait for almost an hour to check my husband in. The food was ok, but after a while I feel like the had the same thing every day at the Garden Cafe. For a 14 day cruise there was not much entertainment since we spend most of our days on sea. Their main entertainment for children (the waterslide) was out of service during the whole cruise and my kids did not get to use it not one day. Security was not the best at the Bliss Club where another cruiser attacked my son. I would not cruise with NCL again.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B3

My cabin was not ok, but I just thought it would be bigger since the category was a "family balcony". The air conditioner did not work properly so I would have to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back on after it shuts itself off. I got locked out of my cabin because something was wrong with the lock in the door and had to spend over an hour at guests services, before security had to come and fix it. It was very disappointing.
