We had always wanted to do Mexico and it was the second cruise of our trip making the first was Cuba

The bar staff (making the drinks) were very good but the waitress service to the tables and around the pool areas was very bad. We were in a night club area 1 night waiting for the band to come and play, there were about 4 groups of people there. There were 2 waitresses standing in a corner talking. Each group had to go to the bar themselves while the waitresses stood around talking
