This was our first time cruising on Princess though our 7th cruise since 2014.

We travelled with our three sons (ages 16, 11 and 10) in two Dolphin deck mini suites.

This cruise was a mixed bag but overall Princess has unfortunately slipped right down our list of preferred cruise lines.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MB

The cabin was spacious but we had problems with the toilet blocking. We loved having two TVs and several times we synched them up and had a family movie night. There was a good selection of movies and TV programs. The cabin attendant was excellent and kept the towels refreshed, the beds made and the dishes cleared. He also made towel animals on several occasions which the kids loved. We were disappointed with our balcony though. Our deck was rusty and as it was on deck 9 there was no overhanging balcony so in the sun it was blistering hot and had no shade. And when it rained we had our own personal waterfall courtesy of the Skywalkers Nightclub on Deck 16 which collected the water then channelled it off one corner straight down onto our deck. We did sit out there for breakfast several times but the glass needed cleaning making it challenging to see the ocean when sitting down.
