My husband and I are seasoned cruisers. Our favorite line overall is Celebrity. This was our second Eclipse cruise. We loved the two week itinerary. The crew on this sailing was especially wonderful- Captain Mike was the leader of this ship. The ship, while not the newest, was in excellent condition-the suite we were in was immaculate and well maintained by our cabin attendant-Eric-our Butler Bojan was also great- attending to all of our needs- The captain club hostess Sara was also excellent-
Since we were in a suite, we dined in Luminae. The food in Luminae wasn't great- but we had access to the MDR menu as well- We enjoyed specialty dining in Qsine, Murano and the Tuscan Grill-all three excellent. We do not like Sushi and didn't dine in Sushi on Five- Café Al Bacio was great- wonderful cappuccinos and all specialty coffee's and teas.
We did see a portion of most of the shows- but they were not really for us- the comedians were okay- the production shows- fair- some of the guest entertainers were good. Since our goal was Rest and Relaxation, we didn't participate in many activities-
Nice spacious cabin. Bed very comfortable. We had loved two sinks. Also would have like a dining table, but since the suite isn't as large as the M class Celebrity suites, no room for it- Storage was adequate, but again M class celebrity suites have more.
Would book again if the price was right!
