We chose carnival vista, and was overjoyed with the amenities. we don't know what we would have done without rodney. our steward. he was so kind and since this was our first cruise, he never led us wrong. disappointed that he will be retiring feb 2018 to be able to spend more time with his own sons. good luck to him. thank you, over and over. i would not take an on shore excursion again in ocho rios. very depressing, did not feel safe. was taken to a "shack" that reaked of marijuana. they have no money, but they did have enough money to have 2 flat screen tv's on the wall. everyone had their hand out, and expected $. all other stops were very nice and clean. ice cream, awesome. Guys burgers were to die for. best burgers in years. i had trouble trying to get to the taco area to get food, but thats ok. much more food on bioard. if you went to bed hungry or thirsty. that would be your own fault.
