We chose this cruise because we like cruising and have done all our cruising on Carnival in the past, so this was an easy choice for some relaxation. But very poor room service, toilet was dirty, second day we had to call for towels; and last day at sea the room was not cleaned at all nor were towels provided, ridiculous! Never saw the cabin steward. And the worst incident was coming back from Freeport, I was wanded down and apparently moved my hand a little, the guy came across with his wand so hard he broke my fingernail. When I stated that to him, he screamed at me - "You need to stand perfectly still!" And don't waste your time or money on the Carnival HUB app, it doesn't work. We didn't bother to get internet, most folks we talked to said it didn't work.Very sad, it will be a while before we travel on Carnival again, if at all.
