We were on the MSC Seaside Jan. 06, 2018 sailing to the Western Caribbean. We had a balcony cabin on Deck 12, with the "Fantastica Experience". I will do my best to give you the pros and cons from our point of view. My DH and I are 69 and 74 and I have been on over 60 cruises with many different cruise lines. This was our fourth MSC cruise this year, having previously cruised three times on the MSC Divina.

We were so impressed with Divina, that we booked Seaside onboard last January (2017). Our Seaside package included free beer, wine, mineral water and sodas at breakfast and dinner in the buffet and/or the MDR. We also received 12 coupons each for beer, wine, mineral water, and cocktails to be used at any bars or restaurants (as part of the Fantastica Experience).

Seaside is a gorgeous new ship. There are many interesting places to explore, and we enjoyed walking around and seeing everything. We loved our Cabin Crawl where we got to see different kinds of cabins. Thanks to Bob and Barrie for arranging it! Read more
