We picked this cruise because we liked the ports we would see. The weather with really blue skies added to our enjoyment. We were apprehensive to go in December --- but Viking said 50's° and it was true. VIKING keeps their word and its even better then advertised.

The cabins and public areas were spotless. The television had a ton of good movies --- which we took advantage of when due to wind we couldn't go to one port. The activities and entertainment was very enjoyable whether we were waiting for dinner or going to a show after dinner. Restaurants were very good especially the Italian and "The Restuarant" we ate at most nights. We also enjoyed the Buffet Rest. --- especially the excellent service from the staff. You get to know the staff and there are always some that go out of there way for you.

We feel the price is a good value for a perfect-relaxing-entertaining cruise with tours that were very educational/memorable/and sets Viking apart from others.
