My wife and I love NCL, with that said our experience on the Epic left us disappointed. We would not go on the Epic again nor would we recommend it. Not enough space for seating during meal times, not sure what they were thinking when designing the ship. Even the main dinning area you must have reservations or wait long periods to get in.

The show's you need to have reservations, we have never experienced this with any other cruise we have taken, even with other cruise lines.

To get a tender we waited 1 3/4 hour. This appeared to be poor management, only saw two tenders used. On the return to the ship they had 5 tenders, they had many upset people complaining, probably why they bumped up the tenders for the return. Read more
