Carribbean. We enjoy Holland America because it is more laid back, with great service and wonderful food. We enjoy the health club, and relaxing when we cruise. I enjoy the fresh squeezed orange juice and the free ice cream. We found the specialty restaurants to be great, and even ate at the Tamarind twice. I had the best bowl of soup as an appetizer in my entire life (Shrimp wonton).

The staff was very warm and welcoming. The ship very easy to navigate. The health club was great. The explorations area and library has some great options.

We had anytime seating, and sometimes felt the our table location was too close to other adjacent tables for two. We were impressed that the Lido had the same menu as the Rembrant dining room on almost every night. So on Lobster night, I went to the Lido and tasted lobster an hour before our formal seating in the Rembrant. Read more
