I took this cruise because my daughter now lives in Orlando, we prefer Princess!!

We were shocked to see when docked in Labadee that the lunch outdoor area by the beach was being set out around 10:30 a.m. We looked at the buffer at that time thinking we would try this buffet, but no way, everything was sitting in trays with no lids to protect from the heat and the flies!! We were disgusted and went back to the ship. I said to my husband " boy" a lot of people are going to be sick, sure enough that evening they announce they have a high number of passengers reporting to the medical clinic on the boat, and if anyone else is experiencing vomiting or diarrhea please seek medical help!!! I also saw a cabin attendant blow her nose and then proceed to put her hand into a plastic bag to get some cardboard glass covers, touch them with her hands that she just used to blow her nose, and put the cardboard cover on the the glasses to be placed in the cabin, what happened to washing your hands after blowing your nose!!! This cruise line is all about charging you for everything:, room service is $9.00 plus service fee, and your order comes cold!! They charge for hamburgers, wine pricing is unreal. Their reception for past guests was pathetic, held on the helicopter pad, no chairs. We were given a glass of wine (small one) when walking into the area, no one walked around to give maybe another glass, no appetizers were given. The effort put into this gathering was quick and minimal gestures! No kleenex in the cabins, no tiny shampoos, no tiny hand cream, nothing.
