This will be the last time I book a cruise on NCL. The line has gone downhill very badly. I would recommend others take any other cruise line but NCL if they stay the way they are now. The service was horrendous, sometimes waiting for 30 minutes just to get a glass of water. The menu for lunch was exactly the same every day for 14 days! At one point, we had to call around to get towels in our stateroom. The pool was closed more days than it was open. The advertised slides were never opened. The ropes course was always closed. We spent 4 days of a fourteen day cruise on land. Terrible!!! They knew there were problems; we knew it at the meet and greet when the staff came in, said hello, and left, no questions and answers, nothing! In speaking to a number of staff (waiters, etc), I learned how unhappy they were as well. It was reflected in how they treated the passengers.
