We were on 4 NCL cruises then went to Celebrity for our last two. This was our return to NCL and we were very disappointed with the service, especially at the bars or pool. In fact, while sunning waiter were non existent. Food was excellent. I feel like the bigger ship just had more room not a lot of extras. I also think the hallways were very narrow in the larger ship. I was surprise bottle and can pop were not included in the beverage package. They also charge you additional taxes to have the drink as well as charge taxes on drinks while in Miami. I feel like we were nickel and dimed. The cost of photo were ridiculous and if you don’t buy they throw away is outrageous. My son and his wife were first time cruiser and they never made any towel animal yeh they made a big deal of they on the final show. I plan to go back to Celebrity.
