1: Lack of activities. If we are stuck on the ship because we cannot go to Coco Cay, please add activities. I recently went on a Carnival cruise and there were non-stop things to do, the cruise director was always on the intercom and involved with the passengers. My kids were horribly bored. 2: Website said movies every night. There was not one every night and the same movie ran 3 times! Again, stuck on boat, add movies! 3: Did not go to Coco Cay. I heard from two other passengers this is typical b/c a new pier is being built there, so the "weather excuse" is always used not to tender over. 4: Grand Bahama island horrible, horrible choice. Should have gone to Coco Cay on way back! 5: Clogged sink that was finally fixed last night there. 6: Charge for room service. No other ship does this.

Positive: Very good food! Your chefs are wonderful! And your staff is very friendly and attentive.

This was my kids first cruise and they never want to go on another. This upsets me. I will try one more time though....on Carnival!
