We chose this cruise to accompany a friend of ours that had sailed with, and highly recommended Celebrity. This was our first cruise with Celebrity. I had decided that cruises weren't for me, but agreed to this one. My experience on Celebrity Silhouette has changed my mind!
The cruise itself was efficiently organized in all phases and being run smoothly (although there are waits), out of Ft. Lauderdale. The atmosphere of this ship is elegant, more adult, yet very comfortable.
The staff in all areas were extremely friendly and accommodating. Although there weren't rock walls, water slides, mini golf, etc., which my adult children (and husband!), somewhat missed, this ship did offer luxurious, yet very comfortable areas to relax as well as celebrate! The Spa with the Persian Garden was extremely relaxing. There is also a teen lounge where various activities are offered.

Our cabin overlooked the seas with balcony. Nicely appointed, comfortable, with quality bedding. We enjoyed the complimentary champagne and chocolates on the pillow! There is a desk or vanity area and the dresser offers several drawers. The closet was sufficient. The sofa/sleep was good and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, the shower area comfortable enough. The room was very clean and in good order.
