I've chosen this cruise because of previous experiences as were regular cruisers however the two experiences differ completely. I'm extremely disappointed by this cruise through guest service as well as overall cleanliness of the entire experience. this time around things seemed impeccably unprofessional and slacked. Embarkation at durban port could improve as well as welcome services. However the bad experience for the first time in many cruises, entertainment always proves to be a thumbs us for me, well done to the theatre shows. Staff would come across as tired and uninterested and dining staff were completely delayed whereas bar services were more on point however we had an incident where a non-virgin drink had been given to my underage child and that was totally unacceptable! My family and i love cruising, however this experience had really put us off. i hope that these faults could be acknowledged and that in future cruises we won't ever come across such disappointments.
