Just completed a 7-day cruise in Hawaii on the Pride of America. Fantastic from start to finish! Kudos to the Hotel Director, Kaj Turunen, for managing this ship with "mains de maître". The food was exquisite in all restaurants, including the Aloha Café. The specialty restaurants were all exceptional. The staff were outstanding: welcoming, attentive to detail, professional... what a memorable experience!

We have been cruising with NCL for 12 years and our cruise on the Pride of America was the most memorable. We strongly suggest that this ship become the Quality Control model for the entire NCL fleet.

Only negative point: the maintenance of our cabin was minimal. Garbage cans not always emptied (found dirty socks and old Xmas decorations the first day).

Wonderful cabin but cleanliness was not at par with the overall quality of other services.
