Highlights - Navigator of the Seas

Wait Staff, buffet greeters and Cabin attendants;

Staff recognition events on last night of sail was impressive both at the Sapphire dining lounge and later at the Metropolis theatre;

Ice skating show was quite enjoying. Seats were pretty easy to snag;

The venue for the nightly show was excellent;

Service at the Sapphire dining lounge was superb;

Lots of activities for older teens and young adults;

Parade along the Promenade held on the last evening;

Finding shade with a lawn chair wasn’t a problem in the Solarium area if you are an early riser;

The Promenade is beautiful and the ambiance tremendous;

Excellent gym facilities with top of the line equipment;

A number of different venues with musical offerings each evening was impressive;

Embarkation was smooth and easy;

A fine array of food offerings were available in the Windjammer;

The inside room with a window facing the Promenade was a nice touch;

The towel station was open early and closed late;

The elevators on both sides of the ship are quite efficient;

Wide array of dessert choices;

No need for reservations for the nightly shows;

Lots of storage space considering the size of cabins;

Omelette station made to order.

Improvements - Navigator of the Seas

Higher caliber of entertainment acts;

A reasonably priced water package;

Movies other than those catering to the young;

The Promenade can get quite congested at certain times;

Stricter dress code for formal night or conversely a total relaxation;

Smoke free Casino;

Wider selection of diversionary activities which are free; ex. tai chi

Softer sofas in the inner cabins;

Better prizes for event contestants;

A little more diverse shopping experience;

A better explanation of the disembarkation process (presently can be a little confusing);

The windows facing the Promenade should be washed and cleaned;

Popcorn and blankets for watching movies in the evenings;

Floor around the pool areas can be slippery;

Buffet can get very congested at certain times particularly when in cruise mode.
