I chose the cruise solely on cruise destinations. The cruise started in Tampa FL. which was a good location for departure. My wife and I purchased the Unlimited Drink Package and I had three scuba diving excursions purchased. Boarding the ship was a breeze and the staff were friendly. I checked into the excursion desk to find out, that one of my excursions was cancelled and I was to receive a refund. Ok, so the Entertainment Director states that there is lots of scuba diving activities to do in Belize but, there are no excursions offered by the ship for them. I was able to make an excursion on my own once I was in Belize to scuba dive. ( Staff on board the ship recommends not to make your own excursions. Because if your late getting back to the ship, it's your dime)

Second day into the cruise, I raised the issue at the Guest service desk that the king size bed was too hard and I was not sleeping. They alerted housekeeping and another single pad was provided under the sheets. That Did Not Fix the issue. Ok so my wife and I go the rest of the cruise with no sleep or relaxation in our cabin.

I said we had the unlimited drinking package, but I couldn't get two cups of coffee from the coffee shop in the morning unless I presented to sea passes. Background info, in the morning I get coffee for my wife while she is still in bed. Some bartenders would give an extra shot of alcohol when requested and some would not. Come back in 5 minutes i was told. Did I mentioned that I purchased the UNLIMITED DRINK PACKAGE! Some bartenders knew how to make a simple drink on the ship and others did not. ie.MasterCard a drink served all over the ship. I'll stop here, because I can go on. Read more
