WE ARE Not sure why we chose and won’t sail Norwegian again. Double billed for excursion. Food mediocre at best. Customer service gave wrong info. Top shelf liquor, water and soda water not included in drink package. Customer service manager had no interest in helping us. Ordered a veal dinner. Veal was tough, over-cooked and skimpy (1 piece of veal provided 2”X 1/2”). ENTERTAINMENT was amateurish. Room staff was excellent and extremely helpful and friendly especially ANNA. PORTS OF CALL were nothing more than typical that you would find anywhere except TWICE THE PRICE. Main areas were trashed and dirty. Furniture in the finer restaurants was thread bare which is unusual for a four year old ship. Do yourselves a favor. Sail with any other cruise line except for Norwegian. You will save yourselves frustration, you will save youselves disappointments, and for what you get you will receive a better value if you spend your money elsewhere.
