This was our second cruse and we have enjoyed our first cruse very much. Our second cruse was very disappointing.

Our cabin was not cleaned properly; the shower was full of mold, the toothbrush holder was never cleaned and the cabin was never dusted. On the last day of our 11 day cruse I checked under the bed to make sure there is not any thing left behind and it was disgusting. I even found sweets that was not my children's.

The food was not up to standard. Very good choice of food but it simply had no flavor what so ever. The pizza bar really needs loads of attention as you advertise these delicious looking pizza yet you basically serve a dry slice of pizza topped with dry sauce. Read more
