right from the start it was do you want to upgrade ..why we were all inclusive. also my wife and friend wanted to get pampered the day we were sailing all day they said if you pay an extra £30 they would not have to book it and wait also the service was very slow orders where wrong the lounges where freezing the food was lukewarm me and my friends kept getting letters put under our door saying come to the reception as we have not put any monies into our accounts every day we got this when we went to disembark we got stopped by security saying we had to go back up to level 8 to speak to the receptionist as we did not pay our £2 for the charity I said we paid it when we booked the holiday but they insisted we had to pay it no way I said is this how Thompson are trying to get money to pay for all the new equipment they had to pay for changing there name ect. the entertainment was rubbish also.will never be on that ship again bring back the Majesty
