We had a midship, inside cabin on Emerald deck 8. The cabin was completely adequate and the location was great for getting to everything but at night the room was very noisy from the activities going on on Deck 7. Music was being played in the atrium every night and our beds would vibrate from the sound. I actually had to call the front desk one night at 11:45 to file a complaint and the music promptly stopped. Other nights it did stop around 10 pm.

The food was very good for the most part. I did not like the large tables in the horizon court. Most people don't travel in large groups and don't want to sit with people they don't know.

The Crown Grill is fantastic. One of the best filets I have ever had. The french onion soup is also to die for.

Cabin IA

Our cabin was adequate for an inside. The shower was bigger than most inside cabins and even had a little shelf to put your foot on to help shave. But I would avoid these cabins due to the noise from deck 7 where the entertainment is.
