The ship has a fabulous itinerary the islands are fantastic! We had my time dining and had Katherine as our server and she was so fantastic we booked the table for the remainder of the cruise. The food is good but some nights it's average- nothing to write home about. However Katherine made up for it.

The cabin was supposed to be a quad however it was more of a double or triple wouldn't consider it a quad. It was worn; the couch and mattress are in dire need of a refurb. Our room was clean and no issue there.

Our major concern was with guest services- we had an issue with our flight- the whole trip was booked through Royal Caribbean including the air. We voiced our concerns to a male in guest services- which he seemed to think was amusing as he had a smirk on his face- needless to say we were not impressed- he told us to come back tomorrow to see if anything would be done. We went back 3 more times and finally had enough and spoke to his manager who finally gave us some compensation for all we went through! It shouldn't have taken all that to rectify the situation.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Cabin needs a new couch and a new mattress. This cabin is better suited for 2 or 3 people not 4.

Port Reviews

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

We went into town and we were hounded. Keep trying to put the monkeys on my kids
