We started with a few extra days in Prague which is well worth visiting with so many sights, food and interesting shopping venues. We then headed to our embarkation point of Budapest where after dinner the enchantment of this cruise began with a cruise up and down the Danube River through the lit up city. It was a thrill to think that this was only the beginning.

The Skadi was a wonderful ship with superb dining, fantastic crew, and outstanding service.

There are superior food choices, wine with meals, gourmet deserts, and many of the meals include locally obtained produce. It is far too easy to find you have added a few extra pounds by trips end.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom

AS mentioned above, we were on the lower level and would not hesitate to have that level cabin once again. Mainly we spent little time just in our cabin with so much to do, or see or just to sit out on deck and enjoy the air and see the small towns and villages as we passed.
