We found the commercials on T.V. to be very appealing and liked the idea of a river cruise. We investigated a few other companies that offered river cruises but liked the offer made by Viking.
From the moment we set foot on the boat we received superb attention and treatment. What stood out for us was the trouble that Martin went to arrange for our boat to get to Vienna earlier than scheduled and arrange for us to make an unscheduled stop where there was a cab waiting for another couple and ourselves so that we could make our concerts in Vienna.
Joey the Program Manager was delightful and all the passengers just adored him for his warmth and sense of humour.
