Norwegian Gem, October 14 – October 21 – Halifax, St. John, Portland, Rockland plus two sea days!

So I have procrastinated with this review for a few months now. Between Hurricane Irma and the holidays, I’ve been a little busy.

I traveled solo on the Gem in October. I won’t give my usual detailed review because so much time has passed. I owe it to the great crew members, however, to point out their efforts and how I appreciated them.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BC

As a solo traveler, a cabin this size seems very big. Aside from the extremely small television, the cabin is like most other ships. Small bathroom. I didn't use the balcony much. It was cold out. I did enjoy short periods of time out there and one day I was able to catch a nap with the door open.
