We had a group of 20 plus people for a family birthday. I will say because of the group we had, the cruise was so much fun! The activities were great, the shore excursions were fabulous, our room steward was top notch. The ship itself was nice, and easy to get around and find things. With that being said, this was my sixth Carnival cruise, and nineth cruise over all and the service team was by far, the worst I have ever had.

We had dinner in the dining room twice and it was awful. We had our group spread out over three tables and by the time the other two tables got there entrée, we hadn't even got our appetizer. At one point, we even got up and got our own water because they didn't even fill our glasses. This is not normal on Carnival. After the second night, we never went back.

The pay Coffee bar on the lido deck had the most rude barista. He never even said good morning, how are you or anything friendly. He barely even acknowledged that you were there. I asked him to add things to my coffee and he never said yes or no, wasn't even sure if he heard me. The pay Coffee bar on deck five was completely different, the two women there were wonderful!

Great room! Our room steward was the best. Very attentive and very friendly! E took up the slack where the other service lacked.
