Been on HAL many times, but it has been a year since we sailed with them as we took 2 other cruises with other lines instead. It was a fine cruise, but not the superior quality we have come to expect from HAL. Service in the MDR was average at best. Can see cutbacks on food quality. Again, it was fine but not outstanding. Caneletto was also average. Tamarind and Pinnacle were amazing as always.Lido marketplace did not disappoint and love the eggs benedict statio still. 1 tile per family now at the Mariner Luncheon. Again, not a deal breaker but another cut. Unfortunatley- with all the cuts, HAL is may no longer be any different from the other lines, the very reason we chose to sail with them. Going back on the Eurodam in April and hoping this cruise was not the new norm. Cabin stewards were still amazing and the ship is in great shape!
Typical verandah cabin in great shape. No wear and tear. Quiet location on the ship.
Glad to see the island recovering. The port area look beautiful. People still have repairs to make but are in good spirits and are so glad to have the ships back. Enjpyed Jack's Shack as always.
Pleasant suprise! The country is very beautiful. Can't wait to go back in April and explore some more.
Always love HMC. So beautiful. This trip was chilly and overcast but still enjoyable.
