It was a smaller ship sailing at the right time. Enjoyed getting to know people well enough to make good friends. The numerous days at sea were most enjoyable as we are old time sailors and found the time, the weather and the quiet appealing. The staff were friendly, all of them and we joined dance classes for the first time making for challenging moments across a rolling dance floor. I joined the chior and had a very talented director who really made joyful noise from a very diverse group of passengers leading up to a full performance on deck as the ship sailed under the Sydney bridge at 5:30 AM! The food was very good and though it was a set seating we got to know people on our adjoining of six who rotated seats so we sat next to everyone many ones and they became good friends. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the open aft deck most mornings and the lounge on a top deacon for afternoon cocktails.
