Where to begin..we had an amazing vacation, don't get me wrong, but we found this cruise to be very disorganized! Half the time you asked a question, you got 3 different answers from 3 different crew as nobody knew what was going on. And the food was satisfactory at best. Not a lot of choices! I travelled with my family of 4 (all adults) and we have been on Holland America and Carnival cruise lines in the past. This cruise DID NOT match up to any of our previous cruises. Yes it was peak time being Christmas and New Year's but we have travelled in that time before and haven't had this many issues.

Embarkation: When we got onboard, our stateroom was ready and our luggage had already been delivered which was awesome. We did not receive our coffee card or internet voucher in our room (which we prepaid for), which are supposed to be. We went to the front desk to get it, and after waiting in line for 30min, they said nothing could be done until the next day and they didn't know how the onboard purchases worked...like what! We wanted our coffee that next morning, but no we had to wait.

Ports: One of our ports, Ko Samui, was cancelled. The reason they gave was that we were unable to use our tenders to tender to the port, but later found out it was because it was too much money. We ended up staying in Laem Chabang port overnight, and we went to Pattaya. The cruise did nothing to compensate for losing out on a port, just added on some more excursions, that were quite expensive. Tendering to ports took VERY LONG! Sometimes we waited almost 2 hours from the time we anchored to the time we actually got off the ship. Some of the ports offered a free shuttle provided by city to take you into the town (Nha Trang, Sihanoukville). In Kota Kinabalu, the ship offers a shuttle to one of the malls for $16 US/person round trip..DO NOT take this unless you have mobility issues. The mall is only a 10min walk from the port! Very easily accessible walk from the port so don't waste your money if you don't have to.

Each room has a blow dryer, mini fridge, bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion), towels, life jackets and pool towels. On the small side compared to other cruise lines.
