Short cruise with my girlfriend to Tasmania! Travelled with Princess many times and had read some negative reviews of the Golden Princess but we absolutely loved it!

While some of the decor is a little tired the ship was immaculate in all areas. Embarkation was a breeze and we were on the ship in no time. Spent lots of time in the Sanctuary where we were waited on exceptionally well. We were told the ship was full but we didn't experience delays or queues on any day. Staff are happy, helpful and nothing was a problem. Dining experience was excellent.

We had a mini suite and really enjoyed the extra space, particularly in the bathroom. The entertainment was exceptional, particularly the piano bar singer who had the audience on their feet singing and dancing every night. Read more
