We loved all the holiday festivities aboard Grandeur but it’s just not enough. The ship is showing signs of age. The crew for the most part is great but the food left a lot to be desired in both MDR and buffet. We had toilet problems 3 times and the last night going back to Baltimore we literally had no heat and they couldn’t fix it. It was about 30 deg. in our room. There were no good solutions offered except to leave the vent covers off. The cabin was nice but needed work. I felt like the handle to the balcony would come off in my hand and the drapes looked dirty. However the towel animals left by the steward were great. We also toured the galley and thought it might be cleaner but again a lot could be the age of the ship. The crew was good and entertainment and activities terrific. Not much to say about Captain since we hardly saw or heard from him. Once daily over the PA system. A mixed bag for us.

Last day no heat at all with 10 degree outside weather. Rooms need some work and a little better cleaning inside and on balcony.
