We chose this cruise to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Great experience as it was our first time on a South African cruise. It was value for money except for the shore excursion. In future we will recommend people don't do excursions as especially the turtle beach one, as it must be the season for them. We also missed lunch on the beach cause of delays to getting to our excursion, which was not great as we had nothing to eat or drink except for a bottle of water at the beginning of the excursion. It was disorganized and once we got on the boat to Inhaca Island we left on our own. Other than that, food, entertainment and the experience was really great. Looking forward to booking another cruise in the near future.

Booking of hotels and shuttles where great prior to departure as it made things a lot easier.

Thank you

Cabin Review

Cabin partial view

Cabin was great, but would have been good to know that we would have a life boat in front of our window. We know partial view was selected but had it been clearer we would have selected a view option.

Port Reviews

Durban

Embarkation and disembarkation process was very efficient.

Portuguese Island

Turtle Beach Excursion - lack of information as in its seasonal for turtles to be seen, organisation of the excursion on Inhaca Island was very poor, no MSC representative available on Inhaca, vehicles used where in very poor conditions. Due to lack of coordinators we missed lunch after arriving too late, we only had a 500ml bottle of water from 9am to 5pm, ate once we got onto the boat.
