Something I had wanted to do and experience for many years - so a dream come true

It gave time to relax and unwind and eat too much. The activities offered are exceptional especially for families travelling with kids. For those couples looking for a little more exclusive quiet time perhaps not the right choice. But as we chose a suite with balcony we were able to escape the noise and crowds and enjoy a super relaxing room with view and fresh ocean air. The food was of exceptional high standard -pity the coffee was an all time low and a joke came up about the captain adding a little engine mix to the brew - but then we had the option of buying and enjoying a good cup of coffee in the bars. On the other hand - best ice cream in the world !!!! The singing entertainment in the bars etc lacked a little professionalism but compliments to the Entertainment Director - seldom does one find such a delightful true professional in this industry. Service staff mostly do their job well with a few that went the extra mile . The excursions are wonderful - but we felt that when one of these are unable to take place due to weather that the communication and alternative entertainment on board could be improved upon. Thank you MSC Cruise for a wonderful time - we will certainly return one day .
