Sail Date: Dec 2017

Found cabin not very clean.Meals very bland and staff not well trained

Disembarkation was chaos.Day trips were also poorly organised for disembarkation.Entertainment on board appeared to be more for the Gala evenings etc and day activities were not adequate. This was our first time cruising and would never take another. We have travelled to Italy about 4 times over the past 17years to family and thought a cruise for Christmas 2017 would be wonderful but we wish we had chosen another land tour through Europe. We spent 3 days in Genoa before the cruise as it was a city in Italy we had not yet explored. We would never take another MSC cruise and would certainly not recommend to family and friends. The buffet was poorly organised and we could not believe the bad manners and pushing and shoving of the majority of the passengers at this service.Should we return to visit family in Italy again we will travel independently by land which is more enjoyable and is value for money.
