we went on the Christmas cruise out of New Orleans. The ship was packed full, but even so very fast on and off the ship. Food was very good all over the ship. There are some specialty places that one may like, such as a sushi dining experience, and there is a Starbucks type place too for specialty coffees. Coffee is everywhere on the ship...I dreamt that home would be like that. And it was GOOD! Late night foods are pizza and pizza. The sandwich place is open until like 10ish I believe. All the food was great. Mongolian food, Indian food, American food all hot and yummy. Ok enough about freebies... Ok no...Let me add the Comedians on the ship were great, karaoke, the piano bar guy, I mean there is something to do everywhere you look. All for free or included in your cost.

The reason this wasn't a 5-star rating. I mean a 5-star experience, was the internet package and the accommodations. The rooms are so flipping small. If you get a regular room you cant move, so send your loved one to the bar while you get dressed. It is so much easier. The shower was great! The beds were soft and comfy. They need to get that air conditioning working better when you get to warmer climates. All the bars on the ship were fun fun fun. So many ethnic people from all over the world get on these ships. Its amazing to meet them all. The back pool I thought was an adult pool??? I may have been wrong that it was adult only, but there were 30-40 kids in there hitting each other, talking bad etc.

So no swimming for me! So my only complaints were it wasn't long enough, the costs of drinks, the non-working paid for upfront internet service, lack of an adult only pool, and the size of the rooms. Other than that it was amazing and I wanted to go back!
