Love Royal Caribbean cruises. We travelled with some family this time who were in the cabin beside us and one of them was in a wheelchair. This showed us another side to cruising, as to what it is like for people in wheelchairs around the ship and in ports.

Embarkation was great and went smoothly and quickly (probably quicker because of our family travelling with us being in a wheelchair). From the time we arrived at the dock it took around 30 minutes and we were on the ship.

This was our second time on the Explorer so we were familiar where everything was. After having lunch in the Windjammer, our cabins were ready for us.

Cabin Review

Cabin Ocean View Stateroom

Small but great for just 2 people. A little noisy on port days as it you could hear a lot more of the docking being on deck 2. Otherwise, it was great and very quiet.

Port Reviews

Sydney (Australia)

As our family lives in Sydney, they organised a shuttle bus from their home to the dock. Sydney is probably one of the best places to leave and arrive to, the views are amazing!
