Noise from band way too loud in our room at night. Avoid room 4067 unless you stay out way past midnight. The band music was way too loud, we complained to guest services, solution was a room on a lower deck, smaller window and no other offer or apology.
We recently completed a Celebrity cruise where they had entertainment in the central stairway area, was not nearly as loud, and the music was better also.
Room steward Sury and dining room staff , Elmer and Muhammad were great.

Large Ocean View Stateroom
Next to internet area. Problem is they have "entertainment" in the central stairway area. Only problem was band at night, volume wide open, base and drums could be heard in the room with the vibrations rattling the walls at times. RCI offer was a different room on a lower deck, smaller window, no other offer. Avoid this room is what to stay in your room in the evening and relax.
