Our ocean view balcony room was more than comfortable for two adults even if a little tight at times with two people trying to get ready to go out at the same time.  We don't recommend sharing the room with 4 adults but  2 small kids could work if you're on a budget.  Bed was surprisingly comfortable.  Balcony was plenty large enough for 2 people to sit outside comfortably and even recline the chairs to sunbathe for awhile too.

Diamonds International does have a beautiful Crown of Light diamond collection that we believe to be grossly over-priced and, as such, over-hyped!  My wifes diamond wedding ring has plenty of sparkle and routinely gets comments as to its sparkle even from strangers.  The ridiculously high cost of a comparable diamond from DI is laughable.  Although we were very clear as to what we were looking for and what our budget was they were selling us at a completely different level.  Their first offer was for a  2ct pair for 100K.  Their second offer was 50K.  Their third offer was 30K  All three offers were not just overpriced but also not even for the studs we were looking for.  Not sure what the disconnect was but we left very disappointed and feeling that we wasted more than 90 minutes there.  We next went to Effy Jewelers around the corner and found a great deal on a matching ring, bracelet, and earrings set of generational gemstones well within our budget.  Unfortunately we ran out of time to continue shopping because our excursion time was cut short due to bad weather coming in earlier than expected.

Very well organized with barely enough time to spend on ruins site itself.  A really good local tour guide offered numerous helpful tips to make the best use of our time.  Alejandro was awesome!

Other than the excursions there was not much shopping available ashore.  We decided to take advantage of having the ship pool mostly to ourselves with most everyone away for the day.  Great choice for us!  This port was established by the Mexican government as a cruise ship only tourist destination.
