We went on NCL Star from Miami nov.2017. This were our 4.time on NCL.Where do I start ? The food in the buffet was very bland as so many people said too on the cruise , I'm sure they have cut the waiters to less than half , cabin stewart were very sour and should not work in a service job ( we did not complain, because we could not be bothered......all in all standard have gone down and we do not recognise NCL at all.The stops were very good , but everytime people went off shore staff could not cope in the buffet ( breakfast )......The captain Mathias were great , thats about it.Oh by the way , on the last day many waiters ( what was left of them ) stopped at our table ( never spoken to them before ) smiling and very talkative , we thought how strange is that ? We have done 18 cruise and been around the world so this one cruise was our last......sad about NCL it used to be so good.
