We chose this cruise because of the destinations and the fact that is was a Christmas/New Years cruise. Embarkation and disembarkation in Miami went smoothly.

We were told when we booked that we would not stop in Key West because it would be Christmas Day. Several passengers we talked to were upset that Key West was not included and had not been told about the schedule change when they booked.

The Viking cruise was interesting.   This was our first Viking cruise. My husband said he felt like he was at Ikea.   There were lots of seating areas.  We enjoyed the included spa (steam room, sauna).   My massage was good and priced competitive with what I've paid on Celebrity.

Cabin Review

Cabin eluxe Verandah

The cabin was nice.  We liked the two seats vice a love seat.  There was not as much storage as Celebrity Aquaclass, the king size bed was comfortable.  I loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the shower.   Our cabin attendant was excellent.  Having a free onboard launderette was nice.
