We have always used Royal Caribbean as our cruise vendor. For the most part we are very satisfied. On this cruise our dinner wait staff and our stateroom attendant were fantastic. The quality of the food in the dining room has declined somewhat and they have turned the breakfast and lunch dining room experience into a buffet. Yes you can still order off the menu for breakfast and lunch, but when half your table chooses the buffet the experience deteriorates to the Windjammer level. Only with fewer choices.

I have never been on a cruise where it was hard to buy a drink. Until now. The bar service, especially in the Viking Crown, was consistently poor. Often left without getting a drink. They were never busy and yet you would sit there for 20 minutes and either never see or could not find a server at 8:30 pm at night or they would just ignore you.

The most common word I overheard from other passengers about their experience was that it was "boring" or a "little boring".

Cabin was kept quite nice. We did notice some dirt along the corners and on the balcony in the cracks and crevices. But Hartoni did a very nice job in cleaning everyday. We loved that guy.
