Let me start by saying that we had fun and overall enjoyed our 1st cruise. but, there were definite issues and there is little to no chance that I would cruise again on the Norwegian Sun.

1. 3 of our excursions were not what the shipboard description said they were going to be.

2. We were out and out lied to in regards to a spa treatment that my wife paid for. The spa personnel admitted to our face that they lied about the price when she booked, but refused to honor the price after her treatment. We went to the main desk for the ship and were told that it was not their problem because the spa is an independent contractor. So stuck paying a higher price with no recourse. Read more
