I love Holland America, BUT, this is definitely not a ship that I would take again in their fleet.

Pinnacle Restaurant: I had to ask for a second steak knife because the steak was so tough. It was not the knife. For the second time in my life I sent a steak back. The restaurant was very busy and the service was extremely slow. Definitely NOT what I had in mind for wife and myself while on vacation.
