Firstly, let me start out by saying that we go on a cruise every year at the same time. This was our 1st NCL cruise, and although we had an amazing time with our friends and family, the ship itself was a disappointment.

The highlight of the ship was definitely the food. Compared to other cruise lines, NCL's food was very good and we enjoyed the freestyle dining. With that being said, the service was very slow. Each dinner was a minimum of 2 hours. The shows were also very entertaining and well done. Our kids loved the teen club, slides and ropes course.

The design of the ship was terrible. The atrium where the customer service area is located is also the same area where they do the game shows and entertainment. They always ran out of seating, and it was a mob scene. You could not communicate with customer service because of the noise. In most cases, you did not want to hear what they had to say since they were rude. It appeared as though they were doing you a favor just by answering questions.
